What's Included

Organic Cold-Pressed Castor Oil, Nature's Shield Certified organic, sustainably sourced, and cold-press extracted to preserve its natural qualities. Free from hexane. Rich in ricinoleic acid, castor oil softens growths, soothes inflamed skin, oils joints, and promotes hair and nail growth. Can also be used as a carrier oil in massage, creams, lotions, and body butters.

Organic Cotton Castor Oil Pack, Nature's Shield GOTS certified organic cotton, chemical-free and reusable. The waist wrap is designed for use over the liver, gallbladder, and uterine area, and can also be used on the chest and over the breasts. Features elastic straps and a button and loop closure for a secure, adjustable fit, plus a front soft pouch for an optional heat pack (not included).

How to Use

Apply castor oil to the white lining side of the pack and wrap around the body. Secure using the elastic straps and button and loop closure. Leave on for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove and wipe the area clean with a warm damp towel. Use 3 to 4 times per week or as needed.

Do a spot test and wait 24 hours before first use. Not recommended during pregnancy or menstruation.
