How to Take

Don't take FCLO straight. Due to the lacto-fermentation, it can sting the back of the throat. Draw out your serving using the accompanying syringe and mix into approximately 10ml of milk or juice before swallowing.

For babies, draw out the serving into the syringe, draw up the same amount of water or milk, and squirt gently into the mouth.
