Organic Cotton Castor Oil Pack, Nature's Shield | Waist Wrap

A simple, reusable castor oil pack designed for targeted abdominal application. Nature's Shield Organic Cotton Waist Wrap is made from GOTS certified organic cotton, chemical-free, and built for regular use as part of a castor oil pack practice.

Designed for use over the liver, gallbladder, and uterine area, and can also be applied to the chest and over the breasts.

How to Use

Apply castor oil to the white lining side of the pack and wrap around the body. Secure using the elastic straps and button and loop closure at the back, adjusting for your body size. Leave on for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove and wipe the area clean with a warm damp towel. An optional heat pack can be placed into the front soft pouch for added benefit.

Use 3 to 4 times per week or as needed. For best results, pair with Nature's Shield Organic Cold-Pressed Castor Oil.

Do a spot test and wait 24 hours before first use. Not recommended during pregnancy or menstruation.
