A complete two-piece castor oil pack kit for full-body application. Nature's Shield Organic Cotton Castor Oil Packs are made from GOTS certified organic cotton, chemical-free, and fully reusable, designed to make a regular castor oil pack practice as simple and effective as possible.

The waist wrap targets the liver, gallbladder, and uterine area. The neck wrap is designed for the cervical muscles and adapts easily to other joints including the wrist, hand, elbow, knee, ankle, and foot.

How to Use

Waist Wrap Apply castor oil to the white lining side of the pack and wrap around the body. Secure using the elastic straps and button and loop closure at the back, adjusting for your body size. Leave on for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove and wipe the area clean with a warm damp towel. An optional heat pack can be placed into the front soft pouch for added benefit.

Neck Wrap Apply castor oil to the white lining of the neck wrap and customise the fit using the Velcro closure. Leave on for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove and wipe the area clean with a warm damp towel.

Do a spot test and wait 24 hours before first use. Not recommended during pregnancy or menstruation.
